What is New Canada?
New Canada is a country. It is the first multiplanetary, intergalactic country to have ever been conceived [to have been realized, to have been brought into existence.]
Where is New Canada?
New Canada is wherever New Canadians are. More precisely it is located at several locations simultaneously, one on the Moon, one on Mars, and one in Mars orbit. It spans the galaxy from Alpha Centauri to Proxima B to the Magellanic Clouds.
